BEI's experience in land development engineering consists of design and permitting of roadways, parking lots, drainage systems, water distribution systems and sewer collection/transmission systems. Projects of this type typically require the preparation of construction specifications, cost estimates and observation of construction. After construction is complete, final certification and as built plans are required for the closeout of the project with the various agencies involved in the project.
